For Person With Arthritis In Both Thumbs ; List Some Good Knives

Masstif ,
Out of curiosity :
How would a Buck 110 or 112 with a nail nick in the blade and no auto be for you ? These tend to be larger / bulkier handles not small knives .
You've probably handled them at some point . Probably have some . I do .
I have a couple and like them a bunch. I can manage them when I slow down and concentrate but the Spyderco Endura at this point is like another part of my body. Plus I can choose different steels, grip materials, even colors. They have me spoiled. The Buck, Cold Steel Voyagers and a few more can do the job too . I even keep around old Schrade Old Timers carbon steel knives, Kabars, and Western lockbacks which I can carry as well as the Buck 110 models , are over 30 years old and could probably last the rest of mine then my son's life afterward.

I'm a steel knut and will be until I die. I love being able to get out a knife in Cruwear, K390, M4, 4V, Super Blue, etc. ( Spyderco), Buck in BG 42, 5160, S30V, , Cold Steels in Aus8, Aus 10, and so on. If my hands are bad due to weather or overuse I will always grab the Enduras. The thumb hole opener and lock back work just fine even when other knives cause me problems.
