I am going to be working on a restoration of a Foster Brothers clever that I found in a lot that looks fantastic! The handle looked a bit beat up so o took the handle off and want to keep the rivets to keep it as original as possible. I still cannot figure out how to attach photos on these posts, but the rivets are in the shape of a "T" that hold the scales in place. As you could guess, that might be difficult considering the shape to remove without damaging them. If anyone can offer tips on how to make the handle or what all I should do with this restoration.. that would be great! I'm new to this and would love any advice.
