These are all rehandled Glestain kitchen knives.
First up is the 240mm gyuto...with blue/green dyed box elder burl:
Next is a 270mm gyuto with the same blue/green dyed box elder burl:
Next is the last of the blue/green dyed box elder burl handles...a 240mm suji:
Just to throw a curve ball in the color scheme, here we have a red dyed box elder burl on a honesuki:
Fun project for sure...but Glestains are a royal PITA.
