I got this HOFSH and I grinded the butt of it. I got this idea of river-8. The feel of the blade is much nicer now. The extra fat mag scales are within this deal if you like. Those are extra fat handshaped g10 mags.

At first it had a black coating, but that coating was terrible weak. After a few times battoning I lost alot of coating at the spine nd the top of the blade. SO I gave a satin finish. It was doen by hand and I convexed it. At the moment I need some cash so therefor it has to go. If I will get the cash for another knife I will withdrawn this one.

The first pic is how the knife looked before the makeover.

Price will be on holdincl. shipping. Buyer will pay the fees.

Will the handles fit the knife if the butt has been ground down? How would I get handles back on it? Can the handle materail be ground down? What was your plan for this blade?

I take it you ground off the skull crusher point and the lanyard hole. Looks nice. The top one or two rear spikes on the handles would need to be ground down to match if I'm not mistaken. Could you post a pix of the handles rubber-banded to the blade ?

As you can see in the first pic that these are the original handles from Busse. So they will fit but you need to ground off the butt of the handles. The handle material can be ground down. It's g-10.

My plan was to ground down the handles and let them reattached and it would be my number one user.

Yes that's what I ground off. Yes that's what you need to ground off from the scales.

New price on hold. ANd I forgot to say that there's no sheath with this one, just the tactical cardboard.
