128gig. I upgraded to the new one so my old one is up for sale. Was on Verizon and I have no idea if it will work on other carriers. Has a few cracks in the top left corner of the glass that do not go into the screen and wear on the back. Phone functions properly and gave me no problems the whole time I was using it. Will throw in a case. *SOLD*
