Here is a knife that took me 2 weeks to build. It has carved fossil walrus ivory, argentenium silver ( Purity: .940) that does not tarnish, and Damascus fittings. I put argentium spacers in the ferrule that were file worked. I made the button on the end by melting the silver and pouring the silver in a brass pipe. Then, when it cooled, I turned it in my lathe to get the brass off of the silver. the button has a stem that is recessed into the the handle and is screwed onto the knife tang that is threaded. Damascus is 15n20 and 1084. Blade length is 5 1/8" and total length is 9 7/8 inches. All in all, this one was a bugger to build. Comes with sheath. It is sold
