GARBO AXE #2? Any info?

I bought this axe head back in the 80s and I can't seem to find any info about it today. It is a stainless steel axe head, threaded with a handle gage hole in the blade. Guess the idea was to cut your own handle out in the woods or for a replacement handle? Anyone know if these odd ducks? I'll try to get a pix of it soon. It's a somewhat odd item that turns up every so often.

Yes, that's exactly what I've got, right down to the leather sheath to carry it in. I'm not sure if I want to sell it at this time, but who knows what the future holds? Thanks Natch
