Hello Everyone,
Hand forged go mai nickel shim bunka /santoku knife. Forged in house from 1095, pure nickel and a 52100 core.
The Handle is crafted from a stunning piece of rare Irish yew. The yew is stabilized in house to make it tougher and more water resistant.
The bolster is made from camo copper carbon fibre, spacer is orange g10 and pin is black mosaic.
This knife has a thin blade which is razor sharp and is designed for precision slicing of meat and veg.
