Hello, Bladesmiths. I'm not sure if asking for pics is appropriate, so if not, please excuse me.
I'm looking to make my second batch of kitchen knives since starting bladesmithing. I'm not sure that I have the chops yet (no pun intended) do do a full flat grind on a kitchen knife. Then again, I'm not sure if a kitchen knife would look good with plunge lines and the like. Any pics or advice?
