Great knives, Unbeatable service

I wanted to post this note here first but I assure you it will not be the only place. About three weeks ago I sent my two year old Raven in for a "tune up". It being my favorite knife, I used it hard. I just received a package from Emerson and found a brand new Raven inside. The note said they could not repair the knife to their satisfaction. What a company!!! Thank You Emerson Knives, and Happy Holidays.

You mean I can actually buy one and actually use it and not worry about it not being able to be replaced? That's awesome! Still I think I'll keep the Commander at home. It's time for the new CQC7B!

I was pretty surprised, but they do claim to be the best hard use knife around. It is great they stand behind their customers who use them to their maximum potential. Let's get the word out.
I have the CQC7 It's a beauty. I'm trying to deal a NIB SpyderRench away right now so I can buy a Specwar or Commander. Pass the word if u know anyone who might be interested. L8R,
