Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks Jack
Yeah we'll get more good staff, do have a couple
I forgot to say could have been worse this week.
Kristy's sister had to go to court on Monday for jury duty, luckily the judge excused her.
You've got to see the amusing side & give you fellas a laugh.
Good news on the jury service, my mate Matt has done it twice

Another day in the 90s today, but we've had some good rain and more is threatened. Right now it's 72 and supposed to feel like 72, so it can't be too humid, so I've opened some windows for a couple hours.
[My antique mall Chinese Presto percolator just heated the water and lit the ready light without percolating. The even more Chinese Elite Gourmet still works, fortunately.]
Though I can't honestly say I've ever felt quite that strongly about a coffee maker.
:D
The Elite Gourmet induction base doesn't keep the coffee warm- I'd forgotten that.

Her voice may have held up a little less well than her legs.

I got her confused with Patti Smith! 🤣 Hope your coffee problems are soon answered Jer
I see it's hard to find good help there as well 😕
A lot of places here have struggled in that respect these past 5 years :(
Have a great day Jack !
Thanks a lot Steve, you too buddy

I hope everyone is having a good day :) I must have slept awkwardly, and trapped a nerve in my neck, which was painful. It took me 10 minutes to get my socks on! I took some painkillers, and went to the market though, calling in at the post office on the way. I bumped into Captain Birdseye, who told me that he had been in hospital, after a stupid bus driver tried running the traffic lights, and slammed on the brakes at the last minute! He was catapulted into the air, knocked unconscious, and woke up in hospital, and another driver had broken ribs. Reckon that driver's career is over! When I got to the stall, Tool Man was in a good mood, as he'd had a few sales, and was chatting to Gravel and Boring Ray. Big Dave, who Tool Man's son-in-law calls 'Sausage Fingers' arrived, and not long after Slimline Scott. We also saw Hell-on-Wheels, whose not been down to the market in a while. About an hour later, Wolfie rang, and said that he and Brother Tony could meet me for a coffee. They had been boxing, and while Wolfie looked OK, Tony looked ridiculous, like he'd just put on the first old clothes he could find! Obviously, Wolfie hadn't told him they were going to stop in town before going back home to get changed! :D It was nice to see them both, and we had coffee together, before I went back to the stall. Gravel went to fetch 3 boxes of bhajs, of which I had one, and Tool Man ate most of the rest  The Teds are off to a Rock 'n' Roll 'do' in York at the weekend, so were quite excited about that. Hopefully, they'll have a good time

Great pic Jeff 🙂👍
Afternoon all
Cold day so I cooked some wings in the air fryer with chilli dipping sauce 😋for lunch.
Nice! 😋👍

When we first moved in to our new home, I saw these small " insects" jumping around the front door. I did not have my glasses on and proceeded to step on them. The next day, with glasses on, I discovered they were frogs about 1/4 inch long.
Needless to say they are welcome visitors now.

Sounds like the dreaded Cane Toads have invaded the Peach State. They’re cute when they’re tiny. Bob a lambsfoot will suffice but you might need a toad sticker. What about rabbits?

I hope the Teds have a great rock weekend. May the the defibrillators never lose their charge.

That is a beauty Kurt.
I'm hoping they are a natural insect repellent.
No rabbits or snakes yet, but close call with fire ants!
