Hand forged and Stock removal?

Hi, AA Forge Knives. I recently came across an article where it is written that you make knives "using both hand forged and stock removal methods." Are specific models hand forged, while others are made by removing stock? Or did you mean that you somehow incorporate both methods into the making of a single knife? If anyone else know the answer to this before Adam chimes, that's fine, too.

None of my order models are hand forged, but I do forge some knives from time to time when time allows. When they are forged I will always list them as Hand Forged.

I've been waiting on one of these to come up. There's a green handled forged knife on your website in a few places that I always stop to drool over.
