There are three kind of ages:

1- chronological
2- physical
3- mental

For instance, according to my birth cert I am 54 which is something I vehemently dispute seeking further proof. Physically, I'm in quite good shape although I have given up on a lot of crazier exercise regiments which just took longer to heal up as I got older. Mentally, anyone who knows me by now (looking at you Nathan) ought to know that not only I am quite mental, but also I behave like a teenager!

Jo can be 29 as long as she darn wants to :D
 
Better late than never......Hope it was a GREAT birthday, or birthday weekend, whichever way you decided to play it Jo!!!
 
P.S. The Carothers may not be big on BD cakes. We never saw Nathan's either :(

It's OK even if you're all Earthy type folks and prefer kale and rhubarbs smoothies. I'd still Luv Y'all :D
 
We had Italian Friday and I had Tiramisu. (my fave) Saturday we went to Nathan's dad's and had a chocolate cake with mousse filling. Today Nathan's mom made us a chocolate cake with salted caramel icing. I didn't take any pictures, but I do have one from Nathan's cake. I'll have to find it.
 
Tiramisu, chocolate cake with mousse filling... Yum :)

And to heck with those high triglycerides for the BD weekend ;)
