Your post reminds me of a knife dealer/friend who use to take his Cronk sub-hilt fighter to steakhouses and use it to cut his steak. He did it just for the fun of it. That knife is worth about $15,000 now and better yet, Cronk gave it to him as a sign of appreciation for selling so many of his knives. As for me, I haven't gotten that bold, but I have used my Herron and Dowell on steak many times at home in the dining room. It always makes the steak taste better when you use a $---- knife. Tom
