Hi, Everyone:
What a year 2015 has been! We are preparing for the upcoming 2016 SHOT show and wanted to wish everyone a happy new year and a great 2016.
We know that 2015 has been a rocky one with a lot of changes at Kizer. We grew our product line up quite rapidly compared to the previous year with awesome design partners, but also was hit with growing pains that required some paradigm shifts. Thank you for your incredible patience with us as we go through the process of expansion and working through the issues. Although we may not always have the best solution at first shot, we will not stop and will do our best to make your experience with Kizer a positive one.
In 2016, we will be bringing you new products at SHOT, IWA and BLADE. We have also made changes to our email contact system and hope that we can streamline the customer service side for a smoother experience.
We now have a US based warranty center, currently the warranty center is getting stocked with products to maximize its effectiveness for US customer service.
As SHOT show gets closer, we will have our completely re-designed new 2016 product catalog featuring our new product divisions uploaded for your viewing pleasure. The final steps are being completed and we should be posting the link to the catalog fairly soon!
Thank you for watching over us over the years and we strive to bring you the knife you will be proud to carry and use in any situation.
