If you have sleep apnea, which can pretty well be validated with a test, it is very very treatable with a CPAP (breathing machine). Also some Docs recommend surgery to correct apnea.
Gone untreated, depending of the severity of the apnea, it can lead to heart attack, stroke as I was threatened. It also can be severe enough, that you might find yourself dozing of when driving, or eating, or making knives....
I quit driving for almost 6 months, hardly made any knives, hardly could make any logical decisions

SHS, if you are serious in your comment about sleep apnea, see your Doc, get referred to a specialist, get tested, and if you have apnea, get help, it is very possible to treat apnea, and you feel the positive results even the first day after you have a good night's sleep.
OH, and also if you take something like ambien at night, be sure to take it with you to the test...they won't dispense it to you but you can take any of your prescriptions.
