Here is another great thread from the ATC Forum in which Patte Gauche offers advice for using epoxy to fix handles.
 
FWIW, I generally use fiber-reinforced packing tape & cordovan shoe polish when trying to achieve that maple look. :cool:
 
I only have one hawk. Broken the handle about 10 times. But broken or not, I can still knock somethin fierce when I throw it. Its a pawnee style and I love it.
