First time posting. My name is John Craft and from early eighties thru early two-thousands I produced Rapier swords and blades to the recreationists around the world. I have just started looking in producing the rapiers and blades. Unfortunately, one of the reasons I stopped when I did was, I lost my heat treater Sonee/Karsten heat treat in Phoenix, AZ. Here's the difficulty, I need 3/16" x 3/4" x 50" 1075 heat treated vertically. That size of endothermic ovens and oil baths are tough to find. Does anyone here know of a heat-treating service that has these requirements? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
