I am contemplation on making several blades out of AEB-L. NJ Steel Baron has it in stock. Is there not expensive service which can treat 4 blades 8" in length?
Back before Paul Bos retired from Buck Knives he did many of my blades. Now, I would try Phoenix Heat Treating. They do a good job. It's not cheap any more though. DM

Jarrod Todd heat treating is excellent. He does tons of AEBL. His website was just updated. Should be 15ish per blade plus shipping. His website says he is closed for December though. https://www.jarodtodd.com/
