Its been a while. I haven't been on here in some time. I got involved in IDPA and 3 Gun Fun, which has kept me real busy. I have also been working through a stream of serious health issues(High BP, High Cholesterol and borderline high Blood Sugar. The doctor told me my levels were some of the highest he has ever seen. And at 38, it scared me big time. I'm getting them down, but its still a work in progress.
