Here is a link to my PictureTrail album with a pic of two khukuris. Anyone know what they are?
I mean time period, value, etc.
Both have a crude satin finish.

Thanks In Advance!:D

Can you give some specifications on the thickness, length, etc....? Maybe some other angles of pictures?

First look, just because it looks sorta crude in construction, basic tourist stuff. The pictures give the appearance of flat ground blades of very moderate thickness, hence the questions above..

Top one appears to be an ang khola pattern, bottom a basic British Army pattern, both of village manufacture, date 1950-present, value about $40 or so for the larger knife, less for the smaller, though on a good day on ebay you might do better.

The picture is too dark to pick up much detail. They look like mid 20th century 1940-1950s. It would be good to get some closeups and some measurements.

Managed to take a few more pics, but my camera's betteries died, so I only got a few. I also added all the measurements to the pictures.

Take A Look

Thanks! :)
