thanks

That's what some SAK collectors call a "Mini Mechanic". It also may have been (somewhat mysteriously) called a "Golfer". It was sold in Radio Shack stores, and perhaps other places. I have two of these, both with black scales. One has only the Vic cross and shield logo, the other has the Vic logo on one side plus "TechLine" on the other side in chrome lettering. They are very hard to find, and apparently no longer made. This info all comes from the SOSAK forum over on KnifeForums.com.

Good luck,
Tim

Thanks that is good to know. I have only been around this forum for short time but I am amazed at the information you guys have. I'm going to stick around and try to learn

I have only one but it has techline on it. Got it at a radio shack in Albuquerque NM in the early ninties.
