Picked up at an estate sale, a crescent shaped kitchen knife. Similar in style to a mezzaluna or an ulu, I think it's just made for chopping herbs. These were often used in a shallow wooden bowl. Is there a name for this knife?

It's a Mezzaluna. It's made to chop herbs and to cut greens, for salads, into long thin strips. Usually, there's a bowl that matches the shape of the blade. Go back to the estate sale and find the bowl.
