The case says Geo Waldman - Davenport, Iowa "Made in Germany" The razor is also stamped with the same thing. It's kind of cool, even though the handle feels like cheap plastic.

Geo. Waldman could have been the Importer, Store owner, guy who assembled them here with good blades from overseas, or even a barber. looks like a legit vintage razor that could be shave ready with a little work.

The handle is probably cheap plastic! Given at the time what other materials cost, its not that surprising, but not a bad thing.
