How do I become a hosted knife maker?

I recently went full time

Out of curiosity any info on how I can become a hosted maker?
Any rules I need to know, or specific guidelines?

Any info would be greatly appreciated

If I remember correctly (always highly suspect) you just have to be a paid up knifemaker/craftsman and ask so I think you're good Colin

I was referring to the year I just gifted him, sorry for the confusion(transaction number from PayPal in previous post). He just needs to get two more years paid for, correct?
