How do I place a clickable link in my sig line?

If you look at my sig line you can see my failure at trying to place a clickable link there, Could somebody enlighten me as to how to achieve this. Thanks in advance

I left off the front bracket so you could see what it looks like

www.BladeForums.com[//url] Put...use only one "/", and don't leave any spaces.
