How do you feel about Emerson knives?

I've only ever handled an A100 but I was very impressed by it. A very no bullshit tool that is designed with self defense in the forefront. If I was a LEO or someone that would consider their knife for self defense I would absolutely pick up an Emerson design. I just haven't because in all honesty it would take a backseat to my Chris Reeve folders, and I hate having knives that never get used.

I keep thinking of the old Commander I had yrs ago ~ It was a Hefty knife for sure , can't put my finger on why I sold it ~ But! I am very curious about finding a new one ~
Oddly enough, I’ve never owned a Commander. I think I’ll pick one up on Tuesday. I really like the CQC 17 as well.

True. It is a pity that he won't ship overseas, I would like to try the A100..
It really is a great knife. I have a couple of the mini’s as well. And my Moonshiner whiskey knife just arrived in the mail today.

You might be surprised at how often you’d carry it. I have CRKs as well and I carry both. Keep that rotation going 😁

Emerson Bourbon #’d to match the moonshiner knife. The handle is made from the barrels. They just released the CQC7 version as well. These turned out awesome.
