How often do you use the choil?

I've whittled with my SJ but to be honest, I usually carry a folder so the choil doesn't get much use. Ironically I use it the most when I'm gardening in my backyard and I want to keep dirt out of my folders (and even my SJ sheath). Then the choil really shines and makes my Busse the 'do-all knife'.

I would use the choil approx 50% of the time. Obviously for varying usage etc, but I just find that the choil grip gives a better feel in my hand and a little more control...

I like choils, I like them alot!:D

i went out with a gal in high school who had a nice choil. she never

let me use it though, and we finally broke up...

The more I use my Active Duty, the more I wish it had an oversize Choil.

I think every knife should have a large choil just to add to the diversity of the knife.

I use choils so much I machined them into my straight and E handled Badgers.

All the time!:)

All knives need finger choils!:D

Have you choked your Busse today?;)

When wood working, I don't like to constantly switch between knives, so the choil helps make a large knife do for a small knife.
