Hunting Camp Host Gift

I have been invited on a trophy whitetail hunting trip (all expenses paid), and I would like to take the host a nice gift in addition to some 2# ribeyes from Colorado Beef Co.; however..., I don't know the host very well, so I'm not sure what would be appropriate. Single malt scotch or premium bourbon? Don't know if he drinks. Cuban cigars? Don't know if he smokes. Any suggestions??? All responses will be appreciated. THANKS.

He may not drink OR smoke so how about a nice knife? Maybe a custom (Buck) one with his name engraved?
