I finally bought a Sifu. Thanks Murray!
I was hesitant to buy another REKAT product. I had not been overly impressed with the quality of their products. Fit and finish were usually not very good. Every one I have handled, about 10 different ones, had some kind of blemish from the grinder on the blade. The grind lines were usually way off.
Anyway, I got Murray's (ProEdge) opinion. He had some and picked out a nice one for me. This is not perfect. However, the quality of the handle has improved greatly. The fit and finish looks very good. I only found a couple of minor problems on the blade. The grind lines were a little off and you can see in a few sots where the grinder stairstepped as it was removing metal. These aren't too bad. Tis is a real improvement in REKAT's product.
REKAT is headed in the right direction. Keep going and I will be buying many more REKAT knives

If you can't dazzle them with your brilliance,
baffle them with your BS.
