Heck,
I know CUTCO's are overpriced, but my in-laws bought my set for me as a gift...and while I know that from a true knife fanatic stand point they aren't all that special, from a utility stand point in the kitchen, mine have always served me very well. Besides that, for some reason, I have a hard time justifying using my Microtechs to slice tomatoes...after all, getting the seeds and juice out of my Ultratech is a real pain in the a$$.
