My newest and possible favorite is this recently made large stockman in stag and 440C, excellent in every way!

This pair of stockmen in matching Indian Trail jigged bone from the mid 1970s are about as good as it gets for jigged bone.

This is a Leo Damascus 2 I got back in 2007. Their Damascus was still made by Marcus Balbach and was top notch. I barely touched it up with a Sharpmaker a little and it was sharp enough to peel hair without actually cutting the in two!

I'm so jealous of you right now. I've been trying to get my hands on an acceptable Boker barlow with grenadill covers. The first one I was sent had a poorly done nail nick (actually cut me before I realized it was messed up) and the replacement has a shield that is sticking out a good 1/8" on one side.

Perhaps third time is a charm?

It certainly looks that way! I just ordered a 3rd, so here's hoping, lol.

The fit and finish on the Castle barlow I posted above was absolutely phenomenal so I know what Boker is capable of!
