Identification of HMH Mark

Anyone know who may have used this mark? It looks like "HMH" to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've I've exhausted all of my resources and struck out.

I searched all the 'M's in 1985 and 1990. Nothing with this brand.

I searched "H" and "M" from about the same timeframe. However, it could be a little earlier or later than that. Just based on the design I was thinking early 1980's?

I’m wondering about hmh also, mine has 14 stamped on the blade too
