Yes, it's from Albacete. Yes, the patern is "capaora". Little more I can say.
Tortoise? It can be acrylic.

I have a XXX large knife that I picked up in the Azores (Portugal) in the mid 80s. It has a similar locking system, and pins. My plastic handle coloration is different. The only writing on mine is INOX. It is not a Navaja style like yours. It is a definitely a straight forward locking utility knife, suitable for cutting large food items (9,5" blade).
