Hello!
I'm currently in the process of buying a 95 R from another user. I would really appreciate it if someone more knowledgeable on shiros could take a look at the pictures he supplied for me. This is a huge purchase for me, so I'm a little paranoid. Here are his pictures.
The big reason why I'm worried is because, unless I'm mistake, all 95R's have a blue anodized back spacer, as you can see here. The trouble is, the back spacer on his 95R is not blue anodized, it's just silver, as you can see from this picture and this picture.
Is this cause for concern? Was there ever a run of 95r's without a blue backspacer? Is this knife genuine?
