I'm headed to Slovenia, what can I legally carry?

I'm visiting family in Slovenia next months and I'd love to bring a folder, although I'm clueless what's legal.

I'm also spending a some time in Germany, Italy and Hungary. So if you're familiar with those topics, I'd appreciate your input as well!
