This project was really fun. It was a new challenge, for sure. Many of the steps in making handles the way I do them rely on having them matched up, using dowel pins through the fastener holes to keep them perfectly aligned to each other and to the knife tang. None of those techniques applied to these so I had to rethink each step. There are also several steps that have to be done in a specific order so you don't grind away material you need to have in place for a subsequent step. Some of those steps came in different a different sequence. It was a mental challenge to work out each step to be sure I wasn't screwing myself later.

They feel awesome in hand. I prefer pins to fasteners for the smooth feel. This has that same effect.

Visually it kind of trips me out as well. It makes me do a double take every time.

Anyway, thanks again all for letting my indulge my hobby here. I really appreciate that you guys seem to enjoy seeing what I do!
