Information wanted on this razor

I got this razor in a trade. I know nothing about it and would appreciate any information about it. Date, Value, Etc. Thanks in advance for any help.

I found some info from google it was made around 1840 I can't post links yet due to just joining the forums. But google the name and you can find tons of info.

if you want to find more info check out straight razor place, this is the best knife forum, that is the best razor forums (some true razor nuts, i am one of them)

i would love to give you more info, but i dont know a ton about it

it looks like its a sheffield razor though and therefore, it is a well made razor that will turn into a good shaver if you choose to do that
