Inova is updating their lights.

I suppose you can call me an Inova fan.

I have owned several Inova lights, including 3 generations of T1. The 2008 T1 MP (current version) is the best.

It emits a virtual wall of light -- a huge amount of spill with a sort of golden tint. When walking down a dark country road, the beam will light up well beyond the entire width of the road when pointed 25 to 30 feet ahead.

My T1 MP provides 4 to 5 hours of regulated runtime from a pair of CR123A batteries and it becomes only slightly warm to the touch.

Glad to hear it. I mostly carry Inova since I learned about my Surefire E2D and its hefty appetite for pockets. :D I saw the new LEDs in the store just the other day but waffled on upgrading.

Everyone keeps saying get Fenix though...

I can say that after using the T4MP on duty for the last few nights I am impressed. This is a great duty light. I like it better than the streamlights and pelicans that other officers are carrying. I see some more Inova lights in my future.
