I got this little pruning (I guess) Vic about a week ago. Very thin and lite, it's a hawkbill with full serrations. The handles are red Alox and there is no Swiss Cross. Does anyone know the model name, and are these still in production?

That looks like a terrific knife! If it hasn't been discontinued, I think that I'd like one!

(I don't subscribe to any knive-oriented magazines, well, any magazines at all, but I find that BladeForums is great for making me want to buy things that I don't really need. I got a SwissTool a couple of weeks ago based upon all of the rave reviews here abouts.)

That is a Baker's knife. It's for slicing open buns. As far as I know, it's no longer made.
