I bought a Craftsman multi-tool that looks just like a Schrade Tough Tool except the Craftsman Tool has a few slightly different configurations.Since day one,the lock on the screwdriver slips.I have not decided if this is due to a design error or if I got a lemon.Anyone have the same problem?

Hmmm...Nobody home, time to put pen to paper.
Anyone else who needs it, the address is:

Imperial Schrade Corp.
7 Schrade Court
P.O. Box 7000
Ellenville,New York
12428-0981

All Craftsman products are guaranteed for life* and if you have a problem with yours you should take it back to Sears and get a replacement.

*Please see the appropriate warranty information that is printed on the package for specific information.

Thanks for reply. I have no intention of returning the tool as I've learned to work with it. It has seen alot of service in one year and has become part of "the family".I was more interested in finding out if anyone else experienced the same thing and if Schrade manufactured it for Sears.
