Is this fraud, or just unethical?

I'd maybe not fraud but it sucks and is defintely a HUGE rip-off.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had stolen the material from other peoples sites as the pictures in the ad are stolen (borrowed?)

I'm still not sure what it is that this guy is selling, but I think it's only a 1.44mb floppy disk. I agree with the fact that this is very, very misleading... especially since there are a lot of sellers on eBay who try to get around the Balisong auctioning rule (no balisongs with blade lengths over 2 inches can be auction), by selling "Benchmade Model 42 CD Cases"
