i always like those old saws, i call'm swoopbacks. as long as the steel is springy it should be good

FWIW, I see a lot of saws with those teeth and handle style on ebay listed as ice saws.

The metal handle confuses people into thinking they are ice saws. I have an ice saw with a metal handle, but the teeth are MUCH bigger, like shark teeth.
