White paint seems to be a popular handle option Jer, just about every old Bex Lamb or WW2 clasp knife I pick up has someAnother of this sort. They must have been very popular for me to have come across so many of them. And less popular in the days when I got them cheap enough for me.
The handle looks like Kabar, but the blade is unmarked. Somebody may have replaced the sheath. I don't remember why it seemed a good idea to dip it in white paint. Sealing the tang against moisture, probably, and maybe I happened to be painting something at the time.

I've cleaned it up and sharpened it since I took this picture.
