Hey Jeremy nice meeting you at the show, and thanks for showing me some of the highlights like those Fellhoelter folders.
Too bad all the reasonably priced stuff was gone by the time I got there at 4pm.
I do like my Horton knives beanie, but that's all I got, and it's kinda like when the parents come back from some exotic vacation and kids are whining "all I got was this stupid tee shirt."

I can't remember this guy's name, but he's there every year, and his kitchen knives are unbelievable:
