I decided to pull out five of my large stockmans, all over 4" in closed length. I have bone, stag, acrylic and micarta. Here are the knives.

And here are the measurements.

To be honest, the Boker just barely fits into this category at 4.07" closed. My favorite of these is the S&M #150 from 1993. It is stainless, has great blades and looks,
and gator snap. The Case #75 gives the best combo of blade length to weight and bulk, and I should carry it more than I do. Comments appreciated!
Hello from the UK , Dont suppose you own or have any opinions on the large Rough ryde Brown stag bone stockman ( RR 1799 ) , Real nice looking scales etc . Thanks

I haven't owned that one, but all the Rough Ryder stockman knives I have owned have been very nice and great value. You should get it and post it here for us to see!
