The mop half congress was sold by Bingham's, the source of the envelope, thanks to Codger_64. The knife was made by Schmachtenberg. Both companies were in business at the time of that letter, 1912. More details in this thread:

Thank you Gevonovich! I've had it about 10 years. Bulldogs used to be ones i would collect, now this Sowbelly is all that's left.
