Just got it back from Benchmade after I cross threaded the one of the holes in the liners when installing the ti-handles. Used it for a while without the screw holding in the liner, then finally sent it off for repair (they wouldn't just send me a liner...). Came back ready to go, and despite complete user error (which I was upfront about) and voiding the warranty with the aftermarket handles, they didn't charge me for the fix.

Glad to have it back, I love this thing!
