Hello, this knife is fresh of the bench it's a stainless steel AEB-L k tip gyuto with a stabilized curly birch x cut for the handle with a black g10 and white Corian spacer. The blade was ground to 0.2mm (0.0078") and hand sanded to 1200grit and buffed. The blade is at about 59-60 hrc.

I believe you will really enjoy using this, his grinds are nice and produce a very slicey blade.
