Kershaw, Echo or Vertigo

Just looking for this knife as a beater...a cheaper, easily replaced small fixes blade for everyday carry.

But which one? Any difference? Both of their shapes look the same. I heard the echo shealth is a poop.

What do you guys think?

[Mitchell Knives]

I have an Echo. It's a good knife, but the sheath is utter crap. I never use mine because I don't have a sheath for it. The AUS-8 steel Kershaw uses sharpens up nicely and the knife is comfortable. They would have had a winner if they had designed a quality sheath.
